How does the warranty support service work for Video Cards bought from abroad?

I live in India. If I bought a video card from Amazon.com (USA), then will the Indian service centers of the video card company provide in-warranty service? In case some issue arise.

Or do I have to send the card back to the USA service centers for repair/replacement?

Do Gigabyte, Asus, MSI or Zotac provide international warranty?

I sent an email to the Gigabyte Service center in India and they replied that they will provide warranty service to products purchased only from India.
Also they will provide warranty service if the product carries International warranty.
