So I'm in the market for a graphics card and don't know which one to choose. They all seem like great options and I want to know which gives the best value. They are all priced around the £215 mark after reductions and my PC build currently hosts an i3 6100 processor. Thank you!

Fwiw, Sapphire seems to have consistently done very well with its Nitro lineup. The 390 nitro is an excellent value. Never encountered any heat issues with it, btw, and that's despite having a psu that'd provide more than enough power for two of them. Like Tom's review on the card pointed out, the card really shines in 1440p, but does well in 1080p as well. The drivers AMD has provided since I got it have only improved its performance. I'd chose the 8Gb 390 over the 4G (3.5Gb usable) 970 any day for my current build without looking back and with no regrets. As for the 480 nitro, I'd likely have gone with it instead if I had to choose today. Or better still, see how things look around the holidays for Vega or whatever else might...

I would personally prefer the 970 because paired with the dual core processor, the ssc 480 will be more of a bottleneck and besides the nitro and ssc have huge power consumptions, and heating charecterstics.
