I've just come back from a holiday in Portugal and I've recorded on my iphone over 500 videos. However, when I attempt to transfer some of the videos from my phone onto my secondary HDD I get the error 'The parameter is incorrect' and it then does not allow me to copy/paste of my phone. Also, when I attempt to watch these videos through the Windows 10 Photo App it says the format is unsupported, although I have already been able to transfer videos of the same format. These videos I cannot copy do however play in Quicktime player, so I'm unsure of the problem. Thanks for the help in advance!

Solution
Do the videos work fine on the phone? How are you trying to copy the files over, in iTunes? If the videos play in Quicktime that means the video was recorded probably as a quicktime format video, which Windows 10 can't play. Maybe because of some quality setting you selected.

Try playing the video in VLC Media Player.
