Hi,

I'll be traveling alot and wanted to build a small PC that fits a carry on bag. But, after looking around, it doesn't seem possible. I saw this PC on Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/Nightblade-Ready-Gamers-i7-6700K-Windows/dp/B01HN45HW6/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1468679696&sr=8-5&keywords=gtx+1070+hybrid

Is this a good prebuilt one? Recommendations highly encouraged. I'm not sure what type of GPU they are using here (gigabyte, evga, asus, etc). What scares me here is they don't tell me what PSU they're using either.

Solution

Superiour to any PCIE card, because it's isolated from the electrical noise inducing components in the case: fans etc.

And you can get an actual external Xonar: https://www.asus.com/us/Sound-Cards/Xonar_U7/
There is no such thing as a good prebuilt PC. Either you are getting cheap components(PSU, btw) or you get something "boutique" and overpay for what you get through the roof, as with this build.
Build your own or get someone to build it for you.

Hey,

Thanks for the reply. As mentioned before - I will be travelling. Building isn't an issue - size is. Delta airlines only allows 22 x 14 x 9 carry on bags (including handles and wheels) so the case would have to be pretty small.

I can make you something a bit less crowded if those 22 inches length, 14 inches width, 9 inches height limits are +-0.8 ( EDIT: as in if 9.1 in x 14.8 in x15.6)
