Getting blue screens, memtest errors

so i got a bsod named memory_management, i searched about it and i heard i should test my ram memory with memtest, so i did. till i tested the ram, i've got more blue screens which name i can't remember and then i opened memtest. at 56% pass it freezed at about 50k errors. please help me, should i re-seat the sticks or test them one by one?

this is a dual channel memory kit you could test them one at the time but if they stil under warranty time for rma if not you need new ram . give the name and model of motherboard you may be able to use ddr3 ram .

i would made shure it have the same serial number as the qvl list it may be hard to find ram for this board . the other thing was cpu you have it could be a better choice to get a new board that handle ddr 3 with your cpu .
