Back story, currently have ancient mb and gpu so am in the process of buying new ones, as well as a new power supply, and just wanted to check that the ones i am planning on buying are all compatible with each other and my current build (am very new to building PCs)

I believe i7 2600 requires a LGA1155 socket which this has i think, but i also need a PCI Express x16 slot for my new graphics card??
Current CPU - Intel Core i7-2600 3.40GHz
Will be purchasing - ASUS GeForce GTX 960 STRIX OC 2GB GDDR5, aswell as a new power supply - Corsair 650 Watt VS650 Standard ATX PSU/Power Supply
