I have an r9 380 GPU.
I went in to crimsom radeon settings to change it. Underclocked it to 800, stock is about 1200, and now everytime I try to change it back the screen glitches apon opening the application and loses connection.
Every time I have tried, every thing I do starts to fail. Screen is just black, logon screens are bugging out and eveytime I try it gets worse. (My desktop is basically unusable now)
Edit: I can't boot into safe mode because Windows 10 is too secure. Everytime I try to open msconfig, crimson, in-settings safe boot, the fans speed up, screen connection is lost, fans go back to normal.
