Alright you might say already asked and answered but no.... this time i live in egypt where the ambient is high and mostly over 30C in the summer here... im going to buy Thermaltake Water 3.0 performer... which is a single fan AIO....
where should i fit it and what position.....rear-front-top-bottom and exhaust-intake...... i have 2 thinkings now..... one is rear and exhaust and the other is front and intake.....

PLEASE MENTION AND WITH REASONING AND BEAR IN MIND IM A HUGE NOOB IN WATERCOOLING!

and if you ask.... yes i will try to oc a 6600k but not much due to mobo.

Solution
I'm just wondering - why buy a single fan radiator? Why not buy at least a 280mm radiator? I would go for that and then set up your configuration so that air moves through your case, and does not recirculate.
Hot air rises.
Cold air sinks.

Given that observation where`s the best place to to put the radiator and fan of the water cooler ?

Lower down in the system case of course so the heat from other components does not hinder the radiator and the fan.
As hot air rises.

Well if you ask full specs then:
I5 6600k
Gigabyte z170-d3h
G.skill ripjaws 4 ddr4 2400mhz
GTX 1070 (may be g1 gaming or msi gaming X depending on what i find)
Seasonic 620w s12ii non modular
Thermaltake water 3.0 performer
Nzxt phantom 240
Samsung 23.6 monitor ( Aka 590PL) 1080p 60hz
And will fit 2 of thermaltake riing 120mm

Good! At least you're using a fairly low heat GPU!

Intake: The fans draw air from the outside and blow it INTO the case.
Exhaust: The fans draw air from inside the case and blow it OUT of the case.

I can see what Shaun o is thinking, the AIO will draw cool air from outside which will help to keep the CPU as cool as possible, the problem is that it will also blow its heated air INTO the case, making everything else hotter, especially the GPU.

Suggestion: Mount the AIO in the rear exhaust location.
Move the 120mm fan you took from the rear exhaust to the front roof as exhaust, do not put a fan directly over the AIO as exhaust, even if it will fit, it will rob the AIO fan of cool air.
Install a pair of strong 120mm fans in the case front for intake, I suggest you look at other fans than Riing fans, they're a high static pressure design better suited to radiators than as intakes where high flow/low noise is preferable to high static pressure.

well my man... thats what a friend suggested... but to clearify things up... its not technically cool air.... its hot air..... i think thats why my friend suggested rear exhaust so i can be only exhaust in position and draw the cold air which goes down instead of up...
also... i will buy 2 thermaltake riings 12.... should i install both on top or one top one bottom?

also ill change the mobo to z170a gaming pro since what i heard with faulty BIOS and power issues with the GB z170-D3H... never risk it when you oc

@ G-unit1111: I'm not sure how much rad will actually fit, there's no room in the front and not much clearance in the roof or between the roof and the case top cover. Even getting fans mounted under the case roof looks tight because there's not much space between the motherboard top edge and the case roof.
Maybe using slim (15mm thick) fans and a 25mm thick rad would work here? From bottom to top: Fans>case roof>radiator?

@ Mentally Unstable Enthusiast: Hot and cold air moves by convection (google it ;) ) and convection isn't a very strong force, don't be too worried about how the air wants to move, it will go where it is told by the fans! For example, my rig works the 'wrong' way round, it has a full liquid cooling system with two 140mm fans and a 280mm radiator, all mounted in the case front with the fans blowing out (exhausting). I have no problems with motherboard or chipset temperatures.
To clarify: Mount the AIO in the rear, with its fan blowing out. The rear fan you removed to mount the AIO should be placed in the front roof location, also blowing out. Both Riing fans should be placed in the case front, blowing in. Unless you need it, remove the top HDD cage to improve airflow.
