Deleted uefi boot partition

I deleted all my partitions while doing a fresh install of windows 10.Now i cant boot into windows with secure boot enabled.
I basiclly deleted my uefi boot partition right?
Any help would be appreciated.

usually enter your bios, from there select your install media (should say UEFI in front or behind it) in the boot device list. reinstall windows 10 it should create it automatically. is the only way I know of
