I have created a gaming PC with a maximum budget of £800 however I would like to keep it as close to £700 as possible however I am ok with its price now of : £786.79

CPU
Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Cooler
ID-COOLING FROSTFLOW 240L-W 84.5 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Motherboard
ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Storage
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Graphics card
MSI Radeon R9 380 4GB Video Card

Power Supply
EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Case
NZXT S340 (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case

RAM
Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory

Could you let me know if there is any way of making it cheaper and keeping it at quite a high performance?

Solution
Drop the 6600k down to a 6500, drop the cooler completely, lower the board to an H110 or similar board, a slightly higher quality PSU (XFX, Seasonic MII), and upgrade the GPU to something like a 480/970/1070 if you can.
You also did not list any RAM.

Everything in your build looks good, But if you want a stronger GPU for maybe 40 bucks more I would go with the new
Radeon RX 480 - picked up one of these cards recently and there are really amazing for only $240 US.

Also need RAM
