hey guys,
i have a antec 450w power supply and i want to buy evga gtx 950
it says i need minimum 350w power supply and Total Power Draw : 110 Watts.

is it enough?

If total power draw is 110, than yes, it's okay, however I doubt that it is.
Post your specs here and I'll tell you your total power draw.

you shouldnt have a problem running it as long as your PSU has a six-pin pci-e power connector.

If you're building it just now, go with a 6th Gen build.
i3-6100
HyperX DDR4 Memory
H110M motherboard

And that PSU is garbage go for EVGA 500B at least.Seasonc S12II if you can.

Whatever your budget dictates, I know it, because my PC is very cheap, 8 GB DDR3, H81M, G3220 for around 200 euro, august last year.
