Dell Latitude E6420 In 2016?

Hello I am new to this forum and I have a question about a laptop online. I saw the Dell Latitude E6420 Laptop on sale for around AUD $300. I was wondering if this laptop is still worth it in 2016.
I am a school student and I am aware of the weight of it. thanks in advance,

I picked a Dell Latitude e6420 up for 100$ and it has served me well. It can play HD video, play any games I want it to. It's better than most entry level laptops that are for 200$ or a bit more at places like Target and Walmart.
