Rx 480 low fps

I just bought the RX 480 and built my PC with it.For the moment I just have easy games to run like CS:GO and Leaft 4 Dead 2 but I get ~35 fps in both in 1080p. I tried uninstalling the drivers and installing them again and I doesn't change anything.From the benchmarks I've seen it is supposed to be way higher.What could I do?
My specs:
-XFX RX 480 8gb
-FX-6300
-EVGA 500B 500W
-8Gb RAM
-Gygabyte 970A-DS3P

Well I imformed myself a lot before buying this cpu and gpu together and what people said it's that it wouldn't really bottleneck and if ever it was bottlenecking it wouldn't be that much.

Well i guess you're right then. As I said I was expecting a little bottleneck,not that much. I guess I'll have to overclock my cpu as much as possible while waiting to buy a new one. Thanks for the help
