Hello everyone i recently bought a desktop PC as good as my budget allowed.
-i5 6500 CPU
-zalman LX 600W psu
-8gb kingston 2666 RAM
-120GB kingston uv400
-gigabyte g1 gaming gtx 980
-internet speed approximately 100mbit download, 100mbit upload
So I am streaming with this PC and the games i am playing ; CSGO , DayZ, Arma 3, bf4, dota2
and I have couple of problems about the streaming program OBS.
When I am streaming CSGO or dota2 sometimes the stream is getting laggy as i can see in the second monitor as preview, and OBS is showing on left bottom corner with red letters "High CPU Usage" or something like that. Also time to time I am having microstutters during CSGO gameplay. I am trying to optimize the OBS settings googleing the problems im having but still if you have any usefull ideas, please do share with me.
OBS settings with screenshots:

I have a FullHD monitor im playing most of the games with 1080p resolution(except CSGO : 1280*960). But in OBS settings there is no need to show the monitor as 1920*1080 so i just manually put there the resolution i wanted to stream. I am using the x64 version btw.
Open for any kind of suggestions

Thanks in advance !

Look into BCLK overclocking, even a small one if on a stock cooler. There are forums on the issue and even a GTX 1070 can have issues with a stock i5 depending on what game you are playing. The CPU itself will take a decent OC relatively safely but your PSU will be a question mark if things go badly. Only OC in your case at default voltage, be conservative and be happy with any possible gain. If lucky, you may be where you want without needing to upgrade.

no idea :D it's just working that way. I know motherboard supports 2400 without activating XMP from BIOS.
But since i started using this PC it shows that RAM runs on 2666 in BIOS. and XMP is inactive for sure.

yea the thing is I only had a problem while playing CSGO. I think when the game is more CPU intensive, encoding is an issue. Yes my cpu is with the stock cooler and i was never interested in overclocking :)
I think using OBS Studio solved my problem a bit, and i also limited the ingame FPS to 150 (it was between 200-300) and now it's much better, at least according to the test I was making for the last half an hour :D But I'll see :)
