My GPU (R9 280) refuses any drivers no matter What windows I am using (7,8.1,10) with immediate crash upon installation of the drivers even trying the card on another system (machine) still windows would crash. But how to know for sure that it's dead and by the way the GPU is working normally (aside from gaming of course) without drivers installed.

working normally, can you describe that sentence, please.

He means the card with the standard Vga driver provided with most versions of windows os.
Works fine.

But as soon as he trys to load the Ati driver that makes full utilisation of the R9 280`s Gpu the card crashes.
and possibly results in a black screen or a freeze of the system.

This is because the ATI graphics driver when installed allows the power consumption of the card to increase.

Anyway, most cards have a dual bios switch on them mostafa.
So if you have not tried that yet then look for the tiny toggle switch on the graphics card mostafa
On the front leading edge of the card facing you when the side of the system case is open.
Switch it over if you find the switch to it`s second position.

With the whole system powered off.

When it comes to installing the Ati graphics driver mostafa, instead of left clicking on the Ati install or setup icon.
Right click and select run as admin.

Well I mean that my GPU is connected to my screen right now and I am able to do all sorts of stuff like using my PC normally (watching movies, surfing the internet) but not running any game of course What I mean that I am not seeing any artifacts or black screen or what's ever.
