Hello everybody I am having a problem with a Blu-ray player. I bought a used Disk Drive from eBay (HL CH30N) and I have installed it to the motherboard . The power and the Sata cables are connected. I am using Windows 10 Pro x64 and it is a Home Build. The Driver seems to be installed. And the Auto play feature is turned on. But when I insert the Blu-ray Movie nothing happens. The Disk does not automatically play. There aren't any pop ups asking me what I want to do. And when I go into File Manager to play it manually I get Error 0xc00d36c4 from the Movies & TV program. I know that the Drive works because I can insert a DVD and it will play it automatically. I just cant get the Blu-ray Movie to play.
So please Help guys. I'm not sure what else to do. Thank you so much in advance.

Solution
You need paid software to play blu-rays on a blu-ray drive , I use Win DVD PRO 11.

Free software doesn't work because it's not licensed by One Blue.

I didn't know this about Windows. I thought you could just pop it in and Watch a nice show. Ok wow. So I'm going to try the 30 day free trail of the first software you listed. Thank you both for Schooling me on Blurays. Thank You So very very much. :)

Thanks man. Hey do you know of any other software to play Blu-ray (M2TS)
I tried the one you posted but it seems choppy. Don't get me wrong the image is great but the User Interface is hard to control. I will uninstall and reinstall to see if that helps.
