Are Antec PSU that come with case good?

I've heard that Antec PSUs are very good, but I'm looking into one that comes with an Antec case:

I'm not building a gaming PC, just a work PC for my dear mother. If I get that PSU and Case combo ($72 AUD) will it work fine? I don't wanna get a PSU that's gonna blow up in 10 minutes.

It's not a great POWER SUPPLY , but better than most that are included with cases.

The Basic power supply series from Antec is targeted to users with serious budget restrictions. The new VP350 and VP450 models are the most entry-level power supplies offered by Antec, as they don’t have a PFC circuit or 80 Plus certification.
