Will this pc build run arma 3 on medium/high settings?

Hey, guys I have been gaming on a laptop for a while a pretty bad one actually, so I thought its time for an upgrade. When I was looking around on prebuilt pc sites this one peaked my interest. So to get right to it I was wondering if this pc will run arma 3 smoothly on multiplayer on medium/high settings?

I would go for 1080p really. I would also be willing to do medium low, but yeah.
Honestly, I would not buy from ibuypower. Mainly because they use absolute garbage PSUs.
BUT, if you only want to buy prebuilt:
Choose a better PSU and GPU.
