I finally finished my first build and downloaded windows 10 from a cd. After that it wont let me connect to the internet. My motherboard and ssd came with cds but I tried putting them in and nothing pops up, how do I install stuff with them or do I not need to? My current computer does not connect to the modem I just plug it into the wall and connect to my wifi, I don't know how it does that but I want to be able to do that with my newly built one instead. Im fairly clueless with computers not sure what to do now :\ thanks for any help
Edit: I should also add I havent put in my Video Card yet (don't know if that matters) and I'm not using my Hard drive only my ssd if this makes any difference.
