Hello! I'm just a simple guy in the Philippines and I am planning to build a budget gaming build that is worth $500-$550 dollars (25000 php) and this is what I got:

Processor: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2 GHz
Motherboard: Asus B85M-G LGA 1150 Motherboard
Graphics Card: Palit GTX750Ti StormX OC 2G GDDR5 128bit
RAM: Gskills Ripjaws X-Red 8GB (1X8GB) DDR3 Memory
Storage: Seagate 1TB Hard Drive
Power Supply: Silverstone Strider 600w 80+ Bronze PSU
Casing: Thermaltake Versa H23 Mid-Tower Gaming Case

This is what I can get around my budget. Also, I already have the HDD, I just need to reformat it and I already have a monitor, OS, keyboard, mouse and headphones. I would like to ask the community if this build is a good build for gaming, video edition and all-around use? Is there anything that I could change for the better? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Well if he ever wants to upgrade his card, it's a good CPU to have. If he ever wants to upgrade his card to something very good, that i3 will bottle neck hard. let alone it could bottleneck on the 750ti.

Worst suggestion.

Did you seriously say a 6100 would bottleneck a 750Ti?
The 6100 has a slightly higher IPC compared to the haswell 4460 and is also clocked higher. The only benefit the 4460 has is 4 physical cores, where the i3 is hyperthreaded.
Strictly speaking for gaming, the 6100 would perform better on average compared to the 4460.

I might change the 4460 into a 6400 with the same price. Also, the rx 470 isn't out in our country yet so maybe I'll wait. If I get the 6100, I'll upgrade my build to be able to get the 960, will that be better?

Do you know what "bottleneck" means? An i3-6100 is not going to bottleneck a GTX 750TI. Anything that is 6th generation is going to be better than the 4th generation. A quad core is better sure, but because the i3-6100 is an i3 doesn't mean it is going to be the bottleneck in gaming, and of course that's entirely dependent on monitor resolution.
