this is old gpu so if you upgrade the cpu you will not gain that much fps so if you planning upgrade cpu upgrade the gpu too

u just cant go around upgrading the cpu without checking the compatibility with ur motherboard...the core2 duo motherboards have different socket architecture than i cores...ur cpu can still support a card like gt 730 or gtx 750ti, which can improve ur fps...
and that gpu is old...

I want to upgrade to GTX 950 and I think that it will bottleneck my CPU. GT 730 is a really weak card compare to GTS 250, sorry.
And upgrade GPU will be no gain of FPS because of the bottlenecking with CPU. I don't want to put in "Upgrade motherboard" in the title because some people are not that good at hardware and will ignore my question.

better u upgrade all 3...and also u need a gud psu to run those...mention ur budget and we can build one for u...
