PC first boot power issues

So this is the first time i have built a pc, and am booting it for the first time and it starts up fine, but only goes for about 20 seconds and then cuts out and starts again, anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it?

Components:
Gigabyte H110M-S2H
Zalman ZM750-EST
Intel i7-6700
Crucial 8GB DDR4
EVGA GeForce GTX980

Try starting the board with only CPU, CPU fan and single RAM module installed, both 24 and 8 pin power cables connected. See if getting signal. Test each RAM slot.

You're welcome. However, there's still an issue, since one RAM slot not working.
What you can try is loosening a bit the CPU cooler, or checking the CPU socket for bent pins.
