I have HP PSC 1410 All In One (printer, scanner, copier) bought almost decade ago. I was using it mostly for scanning. However yesterday I realized its not turning on. When I power on the power main switch its button panel LEDs flash ones as usual. However when I push Power button on printer it does not respond. The local shop vendor told me that its logic board must have gone bad and is not reparable. However I want to confirm if this is really the case. Logic board is comparatively small part. And I feel for such small part abandoning the whole machine is not just good.

Solution
A small part may be, but finding a compatible replacement board for a 10 year old device will be a challenge.
AIO printer/scanners are not expensive these days so it's easier just to buy new, that's what I'd do anyway.
