New build........ I'm having questions and doubts about my PC's health..

So I have this new sexy build....I have some questions and doubts.
PC Specs:
CPU: Intel i7 6700k
GPU: MSI OC Armor gtx 1070
Case: NZXT H440
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16gb (8gbx2)
MOBO: Asus z170-A
Cooling: NZXT Kraken 61x

(I have 3 fans pulling in... 2 fans pulling out(radiator) and 1 pulling out the back.)

Questions: My core temps for my CPU spikes up to around 90Cs... I know that is not healthy. PS: I'm only playing CSGO on high.. and seeing as I have a high end cooler I don't think this should be happening. Is this normal or should I do something about it, and if I should, what?

I've connected the radiator fans through the nzxt's fan hubs and connected that hub to the krakens hub. connected that hub to the CPU_Opt fan header. While playing CSGO I had my monitor on and my PC temp stayed at 60-70C

Umm....Since my z170-A motherboard has a specified W_Pump header should I plug it into that? Also I've changed the heads and where they're plugged in. I've plugged the 4 case fans on the Ch_fan headers on the MOBO and the two radiator fans on the CPU_POT and CPU headers, the water pump in the designated pump header. (I'm not using any of the hubs btw) If you're familiar with Speed Fan I'm trying to use the program to control the fans on my MOBO. I'm running into the error message of "The specified module cannot be found" How do I fix it? Thanks so much for the help

I've done what you've asked. It did seem like the paste was too much so I cleaned a replaced it. I'm using artic silver. The temps would rise up to 60C's sometimes 70's but I haven't seen it spike to 90. the highest its been is 80 but its a spike then it'll suddenly go down to 60's
