...but UEFI BIOS can recognize them. What's the problem?

I installed my OS, Windows 10, on my Samsung 950 PRO M.2. I want the installation to be easier that's why I didn't plug in the 2.5 SSD and 3.5 HDD upon installation. Now that I plugged them in to add storage, the Computer won't recognize those two. They show up in the device manager but not in The Computer. Any advice?

BTW, it is a newly built PC.

Ok. You can try this. If i understand correctly the 950 is your boot drive. Go in windows and run disk management. There if the drives are in working they should appear but they should not have allocated space or they won't be mounted. You have to allocate the free space to a partition (or more than one) and then mount/name the drives (assign letter for the drive ex. F:, G: ). Hope that helps.
