so i got a new pc and only 1 case fan on the end and when playing games or using the cpu the psu starts exosting realy hot air

so i got a new pc and only 1 case fan on the end and when playing games or using the cpu the psu starts exosting realy hot air,can that be jdue to the mobo needing a 8 pin while my psu only has a 4 pin or do i need a front intake fan aswell

does your case allow mounting the power supply to intake external air? Many new cases have a grill under the power supply area. If you mount the power supply "upside down" then it will pull external, cooler, air and not get so hot. Also what do you mean by "really hot"? Do you have a kitchen thermometer you can use to measure the temperature? Is it too hot to touch?
