When i restart (or it crashes and restarts automatically) the windows explorer, "spawns" windows infinitely on my desktop, i have to restart my PC to stop it.
I need urgent help, because this is incredibly annoying...
If you want to know my PC´s Specs, ask.
Thanks

Solution
If you want to diagnose whether or not it's a software issue you can do another Windows install or boot from a bootable USB drive with Windows on it.

No viruses, and the OS is a pretty recent install....

Any time anyone says "no viruses" it raises a red flag. Run malwarebytes, and see if anything is off.

I would still recommend a reformat, usually you can be up and running in ~6 hours even with three dozen steam games!

I got a new keyboard and mouse last month, they work perfectly.... Its a problem with the explorer...

Ran malwarebytes yesterday and my PC is 100% clean....

Do a fresh W10 install, if you are so confident. Or, you could borrow a KB and if the problem does not manifest with it, it is indeed a faulty KB.

I have windows 8.1 pro, my keyboard is new, and its not faulty, i opened it last week to check every connection with a multimeter and everything....

Restart in safe mode and use a different keyboard (or don't even use a keyboard and just use the onscreen keyboard). If those work, check the task scheduler to see if you don't have an errant "on load" or "on log in" task.

If none work, reinstall windows

I will check it with a bootable USB drive, i'm pretty sure that'll fix it...
But first i will restart with "repair mode"
