Very weird problem PC shutting off after 10~ hours everytime

Hello I'm having this very strange issue where my PC shuts off after 10 hours of usage and it does not turn on no matter how hard I try. But it turns on after like 10-12 hours of rest. What could cause this issue?

First though would be power supply. Second though would be voltage regulators on the motherboard. Something is overheating (best guess) and is taking a long time to cool. The entire computer is back to ambient temps after 10 hours.

The PSU is new, GPU is a HD6950, could it be a RAM issue?

It is possible. If you suspect RAM, the best tool is MEMTEST -- http://www.memtest86.com/ Let it run overnight. BUT, I have never heard of RAM requiring hours to come back.

I've gotten a new RAM stick just to test since my RAM was very old. I'll let you guys know an update soon.
