i5 2400 3.10ghz or 3.1ghz bottleneck the gtx 960 4gb ?

Doubtful that any i5 will bottleneck a gtx960. Use programs like AMD Overdrive to monitor in game usage. If the cpu is showing usage in the high 90%, its bottlenecked. If not then something else is slowing down the fps, more likely gpu settings too high for the card or insufficient power from the psu or outdated drivers.
