Hai, i'm looking forward to upgrade my current mobo , which is intel dg41wv . can you help me find one that costs below 80$?
I don't know much about mobo's

Don't change your motherboard if it not broken. Your platform is very old. It is not a good move to get new motherboard for that platform.

Yes, I decided to upgrade my processor also (which is pentium dual core- 775 socket) with any i series. And a micro atx mobo for that socket.

The current mono is broken, that the ps2 ports misbehaving. Also I bought 1333 Mhz ram, which I cannot get into work.

775 socket is 8 years old now.

Instead of buying new processor, motherboard and ram for that platform, buy new generation processor and new platform. Like G4400 processor, a cheap H110 motherboard and 4gb DDR4 ram.
