Hello, so i am trying to upgrade my graphic card, I have checked for the measures of my current (GT 530) and they are 15 cm long and 7cm width, I have seen this card - https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/R9-380-GAMING-2G.html#hero-specification
Raedon R9, and it is 25 cm long.

I ask to see, can it really fit in? I can add a picture of my PC if it will help you guys.

After I will choose a card I will also need your help buying a new power supplyer, cause my current can only support up to 300W, which isnt enough.

Thank you very much!

Edit: I have seen other cards, and they all appear to be close to this size, what can i do?

for that card you are going to need a good 550w power supply

before we can say if it will fit you need to measure the case itself:

in your case measure the space like this

all that matters is you have a pcie slot, 2.0 x16 is fine

also the power supply of course

I recommend this:

quick question, how much are RX 480's where you live?

Your system looks pretty old so when you add this new card your other components wont be able to handle it as well therefore you wont get a huge performance boost in upgrading. In one instance I did this with a Geforce gtx 970 on a pretty old computer I had to remove it because the computer was not able to handle it and it made gaming worse unfortunately. I am currently running a computer probably pretty close to yours in build, I assume, with a Geforce gtx 970 and I replaced the power supply with a 750 watt which it is able to run it but not to the extent of the true power of the card. It has slowed down the actual computer though you can run games on a higher setting it can still cause stuttering in your game. You will most certainly need to upgrade your power supply because you need additional cords to plug into the graphics card.

Ok, so lets sum up:
A new graphic card will be RADEON™ R9 380 GAMING 2G
1. how many years do you think it will support the new games comnig out? not speaking of GTA V and such, more like assasins creed syndicate and the witcher 3.
2. we checked the length of the card, but what about the width?

A new power supplier will be XFX TS Series P1550GTS3X 550W 80 PLUS Gold ATX12V 2.2 & ESP12V 2.91 Power Supply w/ Active PFC
1. how many years will it hold?

As for both the PS and the card:
1. i ask how much time it will hold because i think that a better investment may hold longer.
2. since i live in Israel, what do you say about the mail, taxes and such?

A lot of thanks man :)

that power supply is very good, very well built I really dont see you needing to replace it for many years

surprisingly width is hardly ever an issue with gpu's, but you can measure the space just to be sure

if you want a gpu that will play games for a long time, then yes the 380 is good enough for now but may not be for much longer

if you want something that will last a while then
I suggest you wait until the release of the gtx 1060

the best bet for you would be either a gtx 1060 or a aftermarket RX 480
