Hello,

I recently put my new pc together and everything is working fine! This is the first pc I built and I am happy with it so far.

However.

There is no single 'beep' when I boot my system. Everything else works as it normally would. I tried reading up and it seems the beep is just for diagnostics, however I'd still like everything to work as intended.

I connected all the little wires from the case to the motherboard. I have one wire left that says "HD Audio". My audio works fine so I have no idea what that wire is for? I have two places to put this wire:

- F_AUDIO slot
- F_PANEL slot

Neither of these slots seem to do anything.

There are two more slots (LPT and TPM) where it could fit, but these have more pins than the audio cable so that seemed kinda weird.

I'm using the Gigabyte B150 H3DP and Fractal Design Define s case.

You mean the front 3,5 mm audio jack in the front? That one works just fine.

I haven't found a speaker, but I'd imagine there is a default speaker in either the motherboard or the case? :/
