Will HD 5450 work with a 160watt PSU?

Hello fellow enthusiasts, I have an HP Slimline S3720F which I have been wanting to upgrade the graphics. This is by no means going to be used for anything other than just simple browsing, office, videos, etc. The integrated Geforce 7100 just simply can't keep up with Aero and playing a video (gets really jumpy). My only problem is that this only came with a fairly low powered 160watt power supply. I have a spare HD 5450 fanless version lying around which I would like to put in here, but I don't know if there's even any wattage left to spare for the 5450. Would I be safe using the graphics card in this or do I have to upgrade the psu?

Specs:
Windows 7 64bit
Core2Duo E6550 2.33Ghz CPU
2 x 2GB PC2-6400 Ram
500GB Hitachi 7.2kRPM HDD
DVD Drive
Integrated USB wlan card

This is the graphics card I have: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121476&cm_re=asus_hd_5450_512mb-_-14-121-476-_-Product

This is the computer itself: http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=c01616196

I'm going to have to replace only the power supply because I like the small size of this current case. It fits just perfectly on the desk I have it on in living room.
