Hi guys.
I have been running a 4.4ghz overclock on my 4670k for the past 2 days. Temps are stable around 27-35 on idle and around 55-60 on load using a h100i. I have added 2 extra 4gb sticks of ram (different brand but same speed as my own) this evening from my friends pc. About 30 minutes later I hit a BSOD with the error irql not less or equal. After restarting I opened up CPU Z to find my cpu is on 1.378 volts.
I've read that this is pretty high?
But I'm thinking the blue screen may have been from the ram?

Thanks in advance for any input.

That seems really high, I'm at 1.13. Then again are you clocking all cores that high? I've done per core, and basically replicated i7 4790k clocks, generally under full gaming load it'll run about 4.3 Ghz on 3 cores at about 34 C.

To be honest I haven't touched any of the settings individualy just overclocked through my bios feature. Obviously not too clever if it pumps up the voltage that high?
