---Specification's as of now---

--Case: Enermax Ostrog ECA3253-BR
--MotherBoard: MSI B85-G41 Military Class 4 Motherboard
--CPU: Intel Core i5 Devil's canyon 4690K 3.5 Ghz overclocked to about 3.8 Ghz

I have 1,574$ to spend on this, so don't hesitate to suggest the best, because for a gaming PC, I'm willing to get the best.

Solution
A Z97-A or Pro gaming mobo, Hyper 212 EVO or Cryorig H7 cooler for the CPU to OC, A GTX 1080 GPU (just got an Asus Strix OC which is sweet ;) ), 2x8 GB 2400/10 GSkill Trident X DRAM, a good 240/256 SSD

Right now it's an EVGA 600 watt 80+ bronze and I'm on a BenQ 1080p 60hz monitor (RL2240HE).

Just to add to Tradesman1:

Get the SSD and motherboard together, some MBs' support PCI-E M2 drives, which can be significantly faster than SATA3.

Upgrade the display, if you're going to go for that big GTX1080 it's going to demand at least a 1440 Gsync display, and you might want to consider going 4k if you purchase such a monster graphics card!

Are all of these, "Pro gaming mobo" board's LGA 1151? Give me a specific list of what you'd do if you had my PC, I'll take into account any of my own changes.

Should I get a new PSU or no? Is the ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming Fatal1ty Z97 Killer a good choice? BTW, GTX 1080 it is. Everything else, I've gone with what you've suggested.
Oh and BTW, how would I do the transferring of my Windows 10? Isn't it more complicated than just replacing motherboard's?

Could you tell me how to do that please? What is this, "Reactivate"? It was originally Windows 8.1 disk, but it had me do the free upgrade to Windows 10 (I still have the packaging and the code and all that). I'd appreciate the help.

Legenda in Aeternum
It will tell you, it may well just take and be fine, else it will give you a message and a couple of days to reactivate, if so, follow it and it will give you the option to reactivate on-line, choose this, it will reactivate or give you a number to call and an error code, call and it walks you through (you key in the error code, it ask how many computers it's installed on, you tell it 1 and they will give you a new code
