Hi guys this my first post here in this forum because i couldn't seem to find anything that helps with my problem.
So i have a custom build rig thats been running smooth for about half a year. Starting yesterday it keep turning on and off in several seconds intervals. I found out that if i removed 1 ram (i have 2), it will boot normally. I tried switching out the rams into the same slot, different slot to make sure my rams are good, and they are.
Here is my build
Intel i7 4790k
Asus maximus 7 hero mobo
Evga gtx960
Corsair h110i cooler
Gskill trident 8gb(2)
Wd 1tb black HD
Lg 16x sata bd burner
Corsair CX 750M psu
Windows 10 64bit

Thank you!

I'd go with with crucial then, you fill out an rma online, no receipt, proof of purchase, authorized dealer bs ?? They email you an rma # you pay postage in they pay for back. The turn around is a little slow, maybe 3 weeks to get your ram but the lowest bar I've ever seen for returns,

I tried to return an hsi video card under warranty (xmas gift from newegg) and they just wore me down, with exchanges like this "the provided receipt is from newegg, in your original support inquiry (not the...

Just had a brand new CRUCIAL Ballistix Tactical 1866 8gb chip die on me after maybe a month of use, plug it into any slot and comp. no booty. Most chips are lifetime warranty and crucial is great about it. They replaced the new one no questions, no receipt, no problem, and they did the same not to long ago when I sent them an ancient 4gb "ballistix sport" stick from 2011 that had gone bad.

Yeah guys i think my gskill rams are the problem. I put them into my buddy's computer and the same thing happened. His ballistix rams were fine on my computer also. Hopefully they are still under warranty.
