When I play games it just crashes, sort of happens when I do an action, take skyrim for an example, I press J to open my quest log then press tab to exit AND THEN BAM computer shuts off and a short beep plays simultaneously. Monitor loses signal, short beeep and the whole PC shuts off as if I forcefully turned it off. This can happen when I'm browsing. It happens sometimes when I get to the screen where I can press a button to enter the BIOS.

i7 4790k
GTX 970 EVGA SC
24GB Corsair Vengeance, 4GB 2x, 8GB 2x
MSI Z97 Krait LGA 1150 DDR3 MOBO
500GB SSD, 2TB HDD
EVGA 650 GQ Power Supply

I replaced an old thermaltake PSU with this EVGA and it was fixed I really hope this EVGA didn't break down as well...

RAM is very finicky about who it plays nice with. Even ram from the same assembly line may not like other ram from that assembly line (one of the reason "kits" are sold, they have been matched to ensure they will play nice).
Pull one of the ram sets and see if that doesn't calm your system down some.

Man oh man! It was a challenge to get onto this page to reply to you folks without my PC shutting off. Anyway I tried to remove 1 of the ram kits. Problem still persists... :( Running 16GB at the moment. If it helps when my PC shuts down I kinda hear a click as well. Something like a small switch. or marbles clashing onto each other. Also thanks for letting me know, I'll try to pick out some nice ram next time.

The "click" you describe is a little discerning and brings me back to power. See if you can isolate the origin of the clicking noise (I'm suspecting the motherboard's VRM which may have been stressed by the earlier PSU but don't panic yet, we haven't concluded anything)
I'd really want to isolate the clicking noise to start with (it could be a fan or something inconsequential)
Do you have automatic restart disabled in BIOS and are you getting any blue screen notices?

Hey I think I found the source of the click. It is not from the CPU, It's not from the PSU. But from the HDD. I have set up of 2 hard drives at the front and a SSD on the side of them. When I replicated the clicking it was from the HDD. I assume its because it overheats. I recently removed a fan down there because the fan kept making scratching noises and the hard drives had little to no cooling. Any thoughts?

And I don't know what this restart thing is I'll try to find it. And no BSOs just shuts off black screen as if someone pressed the power switch.

I added 2 fans down there ill find a way to screw them in or something later lol

EDIT:
That didn't fix anything, problem still happened.
