For some months ago I bought a cpu-watercooler H75. They come with 120mm fans, I would like to change them with 140MM fans. Just to make it look better in my case.
I don't think the 140mm fans will fit without using an adapter, since the fans are larger the mounting holes are further apart and won't line up with the radiator. There are adapters out there that are a sort of cone shape that may work.
The other issue is static pressure, an important spec of the fan used on the radiator. Static pressure determines how much 'oomph' is pushing the air through the radiator fins, low static pressure could significantly reduce airflow (and cooling). The larger a fan gets the more difficult it is to maintain the same static pressure.
