Running and Then Nothing; Error 0xc0000005; Multiple Games

I am getting this error all the time. I try to launch a game it says running and then nothing. (YES, I'm SURE it's not running in task manager.) Then I try to launch from the exe and get 0xc0000005. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!

I forgot I asked this here. The problem, as it turned out, was a program called razer in game engine. I don't know what it does. It came bundled with razer synapse and would launch whenever synapse launched. I simply moved the ingameengine exe to a safe place and now it doesn't start and my games run fine.
