Don't get me wrong, I think PC is overall superior and I'm gonna get one in addition to my PS3 and PS4 but I really wish the PC would get past these issues and blow up. I'd much prefer having the majority of my games running at 4k resolution with high graphical settings at 60+ fps for $5 vs $20 (this is how I shop) for medium-low settings at 720 or 1080p 30-60 fps MAYBE. Mods are awesome as well. Not to mention backwards compatibility and emulators.

#1 Exclusives
This is pretty much the only thing that applies to me personally. While the PC has more exclusives and I'm sure I can find some games I'm interested in, fact is the PS3 and PS4 have more exclusives I'm interested in. Tales of Xillia 2, Bloodborne, Nioh, Nier: Automata, Horizon Zero Dawn, Kingdom Hearts, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Devil May Collection, King of Fighters 14, Gravity Rush, etc.

#2 Multiplayer
Some people want to use a controller and you can't really do this on the PC because people using Keyboard and Mouse are gonna own you. This could be mostly fixed if aim assist was on shooters but most of them don't have it. Not to mention it's much harder to find players on most multiplat multiplayer games. Not just shooters but fighting games as well. Thank god Street Fighter 5 has crossplay, we need crossplay and aim assist for PC gaming to appeal to more people. It must also be locked to 60 fps unless console games are gonna start running at 120 fps. As more people get into PC gaming it'll become easier to find people but the other things I mention stops 90% of those console multiplayer gamers from coming over to PC. There's even people who own a PC and console and buy certain games on the console instead.

#3 Bad ports and other stupid issues
Sure most of the games that are bad at launch are fixed over time and old games that have issues on your hardware have work arounds but we shouldn't be dealing with this. Some people don't want to wait 6 months+ later to play a game and they shouldn't have to. Also the fact a game was bad at launch stands out more than when it's fixed. No one is gonna report games being fixed, only being broken. This gives the PC a bad rep. Games WORKING is the #1 thing at the end of the day. Developers either don't care enough to make sure a PC port is at least playable on launch or they ruin it on purpose to keep people on consoles. The different hardware argument isn't an issue because the majority of games work pretty well because they had effort put into them.

#4 Big name AAA exclusives
The PC needs more of these. I don't play games based on popularity but I recognize that the PC needs at least a handful of games like this to attract people. Imagine if the Spiderman game for PS4 was PC exclusive or if The Witcher 3 was PC exclusive.

#5 GOOD pre built PCs
Many people are too lazy to build a PC. They want a pre built machine but problem here is pre built PCs either suck or are mad overpriced. If we had some machines that were only charging $50-$100 more than what the machine is worth then we'd be talking. Why do I see systems with an i7 CPU and a mid range GPU costing $1300? Even though that i7 costs a lot the build should still give certain levels of performance for $1300.
