I bought a refurbished motherboard and it comes with a 8-pin cpu power connector and my power supply only has a 4-pin power connector do I need a 8pin connector? I'm not overclocking and im sure I have the power switch in the right spot I can't get it to start.

Here are my specs

Motherboard-ASUS-P8P67-M-PRO-REV 3.0 LGA 1155

Graphics card-Gtx 970 FTW

Processor-i3 2120

Power supply-650 watts
