I can't use my second SSD in my PC

My second SSD isn't showing up in "MyComputer" but it is showing up in the disk management tool. It does have the blue bar over the top but it is still not showing up. It looks like its setup as a backup? I didn't build my computer so i don't know how it was exactly installed. I want to use it to download some games because my main C drive is almost full. Has anyone ran into this before?

Since it is free, right click and choose option to create drive/or assign drive letter something like that. Then it will ask to format it. Proceed and it will appear at the end
