You have 2 showstoppers there, one is MB with weak VRM cooling and another is stock cooler. Neither is conductive to any meaningful OC.
You can try to set multiplier a notch at a time but without raising voltage but you'll run into power/heat wall pretty fast.
Placing a small fan over VRM should help a lot but an aftermarket cooler would do even more good.

I replaced the stock cooler the day after i built the system with a cooler master TX3. Will it be good enough for a slight overclock such as keeping it at the 4.1 turbo clock?

Voltage should be below 1.45 volts under air and 1.5 volts under water. Temps should be below 60c for long life of the CPU.
