hi everyone. i want to buy new cpu+motherboard and want to know which ones are better. I can save money from fx 8350 and buy 8320 with awesome gigabyte 990fx gaming motherboard for best overclocking result or buy fx 8350 and save money from motherboard and go with MSI 970 gaming. i just want to overclock fx 8320 to 4.5ghz stable with antec kuhler h2o 1250 240mm liquid cooler. want to know that is it possible overclocking fx 8320 to 4.5ghz with msi 970 gaming motherboard?

Clocks a 8320e stable @ 4200 all day long, but other than that can't rec this motherboard and am willing to take a bath on it cause "I.. am not a crook" and $30 is about what I'd pay for this $100 mobo with alzheimers.
It will forget it's bios settings whenever, but at least the saved profiles survive and don't go away. but then there's the uefi "bunny rabbit" issue, where you look in the bios/f11 for a drive to boot from and find "uefi drive" x 20, and I don't have 20 uefi drives, hard to believe I know..

i had fx 6300 with r9 280. i sold this pc 1 week ago and want to build another one with fx 8320/50. i can also buy Intel Core i5 6400 with z170 motherboard and 16gb kingston hyperx fury 2666mhz DDR4 memory for overclocking it with bclk.
and graphics card i'm waiting for gtx 1060 6gb. it will be released in july 19.

do not buy the any of the FX series there is no reason too, the I3-6100 Performs on par if not better than the FX-6300 and if you can afford an I5-6400 then this will preform far better than any of the FX-83** in almost every instance.

Get the Xeon e3-1231v3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome cpu. I've used it many times. No need to even get a Z97 board. A H97 board would be fine.
Even the i3 6100 would have been better than your FX options.
