Is my PC's CPU overheating while gaming?

That's a little hot I would say. I'm not to familiar with Intel chips yet as I am just getting my first one in several years this week (getting the i7 6800k), but I know with AMD chips, 70 and above is not so friendly.
Are you using the stock cpu cooler or an after market one? Have you checked to make sure the heat sink is clear if dust? What kind of case/coming does it have? Is this a custom build, or pre built?
