Not sure why this is in the "MEMORY" section?

Your motherboard is Z170-AR or Z170-A ???

Z170-AR
You need to be in the CSM (Compatibility Support Module) located in the BOOT section in the BIOS.
This item allows you to configure the CSM (Compatibility Support Module) items to fully
support the various VGA, bootable devices and add-on devices for better compatibility.

Boot...

I tried to switch it but when I do my monitor doesn't turn on visually. It has power to it but the screen does not come on at all and has an orange light instead of blue. What could be wrong? Seems to only function when dvi cable is plugged into motherboard instead

Does gpu fan spin? Is gpu power connector firmly attached?

The power is attached and the vid card lights up. The vid card only has its fans spin when I connect it to my monitor but then none of my monitor settings show anything on screen. Not sure what's wrong but I don't think the vid card is broken

Tried to set it as primary I think I did but then after saving it , it froze so I had to shut down. Tried plugging into vid card and had blank screen still , is updating the bios mandatory for it to work, I haven't done that once yet so I'm not sure if it could be why

Looks like a bad card, try to replace it

Boot from PCI-E/PCI Expansion Devices [Legacy only]
This item allows you to select the type of PCI-E/PCI expansion devices that
you want to launch.
Configuration options: [Legacy only] [UEFI driver first]
