I recently bought a new computer installed windows 10 first but it kept crashing or errors kept occuring so I installed windows 7 instead. I installed all my programs and then when i started the computer again it got stuck on the windows 7 loading screen and it wont move. I tried the following:
- Safe mode all 3 modes
- Repair computer option
When i go into safe mode and restart the computer then it works but the problem still occurs after i turn it off.
and it still doesn't seem to fix it. Could someone help me on a solution thank you
