ASRock Z170 Pro4
Intel Core i3-6100
EVGA GeForce GTX 950 02G-P4-2958-KR
Crucial Technology 8GB DDR4-2400

What can I do to safely and reliably squeeze the absolute most performance out of my system? I don't want to sacrifice longevity, but honestly, if i can get a few years out of these components, I'll be happy with that.

My motherboard can support 2133mhz RAM, and my RAM is 2400, so I know right there I have 277mhz of RAM unused. How do I access the rest of my RAM?

Are there any other things I can do? I know there is overclocking, but I don't know if that includes RAM or the GPU. I just want to make the parts I have perform as they can withstand for years.

Thanks

I am not an expert and you should take this more as an advice . You should buy an i5 and not an i3 if you want your system to last more and since you have that motherboard a K processor should be the way to go if you want to upgrade . And yes you can overclock your motherboard to use the RAM , ASRock should have an OC tab in the bios where you can change the frequency so you can use them at full capacity.
