The right side of my earbud is louder than the left. I've tried the earbuds on different devices and it works properly. I can tell it's the audio port that's the issue because when I move the earbud cable at a proper angle it fixes the issue and the left audio comes back.
This new case I have has the audio port all the way at the bottom so sometimes when I stand up and have forgotten I have my earphones on it gets pulled really hard which could have caused the issue. It's a fairly small case so they must have designed it so that it's on your desk, not under.
