My pc starts but my screen shows no signal

Hello, yesterday suddenly a bsod appeared me and when it was going for 20% I forced the shutdown of my PC pressing the start button a few seconds because it seemed that it was stuck at 20%.

After that, when I start the pc, the screen doesn't do anything.

I have
Asus Maximus Vii Hero
Nvidia GeForce GTX 980Ti G1 Gaming
Asus Rog Swift PG278Q
Intel I7 4790k @ 4.4Ghz

The pc is only one year old.

I don't know what to do, I have pressed the clear cmos button on the motherboard but it doesn't work.

Remove the CMOS battery and replace it after 15 minutes. Chances are you're going to have to reinstall the OS with the help of a bootable USB installer. There is another point worth mentioning, are you sure your BIOS and remaining device drivers were up to date prior to receiving the BSOD? The Watchdog error can come about from improper drivers.
